“As a member of the CoE (Council of Europe), Turkey must safeguard the health of prisoners, regardless of race, color, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, or association with a national minority,” the group tweeted.
HRF demands the release of all prisoners of conscience in #Turkey's Silivri Prison. As a member of the @coe, Turkey must safeguard the health of prisoners, regardless of race, color, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, or association with a national minority.
